Payment:
We accept cash, checks, Apple Pay and all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) If paying with a check please be prepared to show a valid ID. Returned checks will result in a $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment is very important and the time has been reserved especially for you. I understand schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary and respectfully request 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. You will be asked to provide a valid credit card number whenever reserving time and treatments at Encore. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will immediately be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. 100% of the services booked by any client who fails to show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged to the credit card number used to hold the appointment time. We will email you a receipt of the cancellation fees charged.
As a courtesy, we will email you a confirmation of your service appointments prior to your appointment date. You may also opt to receive text message notices as well if you sign up for texts at the time of booking. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. By scheduling services with Encore, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase in the studio create a gift certificate instantly via our website 24/7 that can be printed out or emailed to that lucky someone. Pick your favorite services or they can be purchased in any denomination.
