Payment

For your convenience, we accept cash, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Payment is due at the completion of your service.

Appointment Deposits

To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:

• Services $75–$130: $35 deposit
• Services $131–$199: $50 deposit
• Services $200 and above: $75 deposit

Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your appointment time, treatment room, and provider are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit if we are unable to fill the reserved appointment time.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking deposit. Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of booking.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via email and/or text message. However, clients remain responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment date and time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in the studio or online and may be delivered instantly via email—perfect for gifting relaxation and self-care.
